              The 2U network security appliance 1ST-F23224R with Intel® Xeon® E3v5 / E3v6 CPU or Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 processor and up to 4 LAN expansion modules for max. 32 LAN ports is a robust device for demanding enviroments.
              Various LAN modules are available for use, ranging from 4x RJ45 Gb Ethernet ports with the LAN module 35N4  or 4x SFP Gb Ethernet ports with the LAN module 35F4 based on the Intel® Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 via 4x 10 Gb SFP Ports  with the LAN module 71W4 to a 2x 40 Gb QSFP+ LAN module 71Q2 with Intel® XL710 Ethernet Controller.
              The BYPASS functionality for the fiber optic connections is implemented with the LAN module 58B2 (Gigabit) and the LAN module 59B2 (10 Gb) each with 2 SFP ports with optical BYPASS .
              Thanks to the modular hardware concept, the number of network ports and the type of connection (cabel, fiber, 1Gb, 10Gb, 40Gb) can be adapted at any time.
              This Hardware Firewall Appliance is compatible with Windows, Linux and FreeBSD, so you can use various Firewall software or IDS/IPS software on the devices to protect your network.

              A redundant 350W power supply ensures smooth 24/7 operation.
