Shipping

By default, we will ship by DHL package EXW. The amount of the shipping fee is calculated during the check-out process depending on shipping weight, volume and recipient country. The amount of the shipping fee corresponds to the branch prices for DHL package shipments published by DHL in Germany. We do not charge separate packaging costs.

If you need a higher insurance for the parcel that goes beyond the standard insurance, we ask you to contact us in advance.

Express delivery

We also offer goods available ex stock on request via express delivery. If you would like express delivery, please conatct us in advance. To destinations outside the EU we only deliver with UPS Express. Please contact us in advance to find out about any export restrictions.

Payment options

As standard, we deliver against prepayment in Euros. After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation with order number and our bank details.

After a positive credit check, we offer customers based in Germany delivery on account. If you have agreed a payment term with us, you can also use the agreed terms in our web shop.
